I chat with Jared Low, a Supervisory Park Ranger for the Interpretation Division at Olympic National Park. Jared manages the Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center and the Olympic National Park Visitor Center in Port Angeles, WA. He coordinates the interpretive programming for visitors in the east district of the park, including the popular night skies program at Hurricane Ridge.
Jared has worked with the National Park Service since 2012, including time at Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park and Mt. Rainier National Park. He loves to explore the waters, trails, and campgrounds of the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two young daughters during his free time.
